This part of the site is dedicated to the Greatest Battle Games - Waterloo: Napoleon's Last Battle (WNLB), and Austerlitz: Napoleon's Greatest Victory (ANGV). The individual battle pack or scenario downloads below, are designed to be played as add-ons to the original WNLB or ANGV game - therefore the original game must first be installed on your PC to play them. Please read the following for further information about WNLB and ANGV. ReadMe.

*WNLB_v1.002_Patch. The contents of this patch is the same as the Waterloo: Napoleon's Last Battle Patch 1.002 issued by the game's developer, BreakAway Ltd. The WNLB_v1.002_Patch can now be installed on Windows 7, as well as older operating systems. Download the WNLB v1.002 patch. Download the WNLB v1.002 Patch (1.22MB).

*ANGV_v2.01_Patch. The contents of this patch is the same as the Austerlitz: Napoleon's Greatest Victory Patch 2.01 issued by the game's developer, BreakAway Ltd. *(Updated December 10, 2012) Does Your WNLB or ANGV Game Scroll To Fast? If you are using a high speed PC to play older games, more then likely you will experience fast scrolling problems.
This problem is not only annoying, but can in some cases, almost render the game unplayable. To correct the problem of a fast scrolling game, download a series of papers that will explain
how to correct the problem, where to download the free programs to do so, how to install the programs on Windows 7, and detailed step by step instructions on how to use the programs.

*Updated 7-14-2012 - The following battle pack downloads are designed to be played on WNLB using PenMod. All of the necessary files to play each mode have been loaded into the installers, and the installers will place each file into it's proper place. PenMode has already been prepacked into each of the mode installers, so there is no need to load it. Use the newly installed PenMod.exe to launch the mode. Each download will include a ReadMe on how to install the mode, and the "original" ReadMe where you should find the author(s) of the mode, and any additional enhancements that might have been made to the mode. Also included, are instructions for installing and playing these games on Windows 7 (Vista)


*The Battle of Marengo was fought in June 1800 between French forces under Napoleon Bonaparte and Austrian forces near the city of Alessandria, in Piedmont, Italy. This battle pack consists of twelve scenarios, and will be played using the WNLB PenMod format.Download Marengo 1800(27.0MB).


*The Battle of Eylau or Battle of Preussisch-Eylau, February 1807, was a bloody and inconclusive battle between Napoléon's Grande Armée and a Russian Empire army under Levin August, Count von Bennigsen near the town of Preußisch Eylau in East Prussia. The town is now called Bagrationovsk and it is a part of Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia (source Wikipedia). This battle pack consists of six scenarios, and will be played using the WNLB PenMod format. The map's landscape graphics of this mode, reflect that the battle was fought in the winter time. Download Eylau 1807 (34.4MB).


*The Peninsular War 1808-1814. The Peninsular War was a military conflict between France and the allied powers of Spain, the United Kingdom, and Portugal for control of the Iberian Peninsula during the Napoleonic Wars. The war began when French and Spanish armies crossed Spain and invaded Portugal in 1807. Then, in 1808, France turned on its ally, Spain. The war lasted until the Sixth Coalition defeated Napoleon in 1814 (source Wikipedia). This mode includes the Battles of Vimeiro, Baylen, Talavera, Albuhera, Tudela, and Busaco. *The Eagles on the Danube battle pack consists of three major battles: The Battle of Eckmühl fought on 21 April – 22 April 1809, the Battle of Aspern-Essling (21–22 May 1809), and the Battle of Teugen-Hausen which was fought on 19 April 1809. This battle pack will be played using the WNLB PenMod format.Download Eagles on the Danube 1809(27.0MB).


*The Battle of Borodino was fought on September 7, 1812 between the Russian and French armies. It was the largest and bloodiest single-day action of the French invasion of Russia and all Napoleonic Wars, involving more than 250,000 troops and resulting in at least 70,000 casualties (sourse Wikipedia). This battle pack consists of twelve scenarios, and will be played using the WNLB PenMod format.Download Borodino(37.4MB).


*The Battle of Ligny (June 16, 1815) was the last victory of the military career of Napoleon I. In this battle, French troops of the Armée du Nord under Napoleon's command, defeated a Prussian army under Field Marshal Blücher, near Ligny in present-day Belgium (sourse Wikipedia). This battle pack will be played using the WNLB PenMod format.Download Ligny 1815(4.6MB).



*Updated 6-19-2012 - The following battle pack downloads are designed to be played on ANGV. All of the necessary files to play each mode have been loaded into new installers, and they are designed to place each file into it's proper place. ANGV v2 has already been prepacked into each of the mode installers, so there is no need to load it. *The American Civil War Series Generic Files for ANGV(ACWS_ANGVGenericFiles). You will need to install these generic files in order to play most of the converted American Civil War Battle Packs. These files should be installed first. ACWS Sounds are now included in this download. When you install the individual Civil War Battle Packs, some of these files may be overwritten. *SMA for ANGV is a modified conversion of Sid Meier's Antietam (SMA). It can now be played as a Battle Pack on Austerlitz: Napoleon's Greatest Victory (ANGV). This is a full game that consists of 24 scenarios, and will be played using the ANGV format. In order for the SMA_ANGV Battle Pack to play properly, you must also first install the American Civil War Series Generic Files (ACWS_ANGVGenericFiles). Download SMA for ANGV (9.04MB)


*SMG for ANGV is a modified conversion of Sid Meier's Gettysburg (SMG). It can now be played as a Battle Pack on Austerlitz: Napoleon's Greatest Victory (ANGV).
